Let it Rain
I can create a rainy day with an umbrella full of colorful pattern in 8 sections .
Where does rain come from?
The water cycle is the path that all water follows as it moves around Earth in different states. Liquid water is found in oceans, rivers, lakes—and even underground. Solid ice is found in glaciers, snow, and at the North and South Poles. Water vapor—a gas—is found in Earth’s atmosphere.
Three steps of the water cycle are: evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.
Evaporation occurs when water that is already on the earth is heated by the sun, changing it from a liquid to a gas known as water vapor.
Condensation occurs after water evaporates, it rises into the air where it cools and gathers into clouds in a liquid form.
Precipitation happens when water falls back to the earth, rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Once the water has fallen back to the ground, it’s heated again by the sun and the cycle continues.
